These are some good questions.  We've been selling Bethany Lowe brand Feather Trees for several years now and get asked why they seem hard and brittle to the touch.  Prior to selling these, we had no clue WHAT they were, like so many of you.  This video was created to help you with understanding these wonderful trees.  At first, they seem a little skimpy, but (trust and believe!) they do grow on you.  :)
